Erika Moe

Erika Moe is an attorney, Guardian Ad Litem, and managing partner of The Law Office of Ryan C. Moe, PLLC. She co-founded the firm in 2005 with her husband, Ryan. In October of 2021, she was appointed as an Associate Judge in the Bexar County Probate Court (Mental Health). Erika grew up in San Antonio, attending Churchill High School, and was an active member at Coker United Methodist Church. She went on to receive a Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University and a Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University. Her involvement at Coker, as well as student government, helped cultivate a life-long passion for service work. 

 

Throughout her professional career, Erika has worked with Legal Aid, Catholic Charity Services and Bexar County to assist low-income families with family law, probate, and other legal matters. Erika is also a Fellow with the Texas Bar Foundation. Outside of her law practice, Erika served as a Director at ChildSafe, and has been active in the community through service as St. George Advancement Committee Chair; National Charity League (Wreaths Across America Committee Co-chair); Miss Tristan Foundation Committee Member; Texas Military Institute STARS Committee Member; Living Water International (SACS) Committee Chair; and various other volunteer work.

 

  Erika enjoys spending her time outside of work and volunteering with her husband and children. Preferably, time spent playing tennis, pickleball, or any other excuse to be outdoors with family and friends.
